Poster Setup

Thursday, May 1 from 07:00-17:00

The poster boards will be located in the pre function space with exhibitors and meals.

Material to affix your poster to the display boards will be provided and will already be on your poster board. Please hang your poster on the board, mentioning your poster number which will be posted on the web app or communicated with your company name.

Please visit the registration desk if you need any help.

The posters will stay on display for the duration of the meeting.

Presentation

Thursday, May 1 from 17:30-19:30

Please plan to be by your poster during the Welcome Reception & Poster session.

Removal

Friday, May 2 from 10:30-12:00

Presenters are responsible for the removal of their poster. Posters not removed by noon will be discarded.

  • Poster size: The maximum poster dimensions are 44 1/2” width x 42” height
  • Font size: The size of the characters for the title should be at least 0.8” (2 cm) high. To ensure readability of the rest of the text, please use at least 0.4” (1 cm) font size.
  • Poster Content: Each poster must haveā€¦
    • a top label indicating the title of the poster,
    • names of the authors and their affiliations,
    • disclosure of potential conflicts of interest of all authors,
    • simple "Introduction" and "Conclusion" are recommended.
    • When feasible, use graphs for demonstrating qualitative relationships, use tables for precise numerical values.
  • Bringing posters to SPLIT 2025: Do not mail posters in advance, they may not arrive in time or may get lost. Bring them with you to the Conference.
